Santander Mobile Banking is a safe way of accessing your savings, bank accounts and credit cards via our new, secure and free iPhone or iPad app.  It's a mobile-friendly version of Santander Online Banking and offers you many of the most popular features of our desktop service, which can be downloaded from the App Store onto your device.

How do I get the iPhone / iPad app?

The Santander Mobile Banking App is available for download from the app Store as an iPhone or iPad App. Simply search for 'Santander UK' to download our free, secure app.

What is Santander Mobile Banking?

A safe way of accessing your savings and bank accounts via your mobile phone.  It is a mobile-friendly version of Santander Online Banking and offers you many of the most popular features of our desktop service.  It is available from m.#, and can be accessed from any mobile phone browser.

Who can use the Mobile Banking app?

The service can be used by anyone who has downloaded the App and is already registered for our Online Banking service and has logged on to Santander Online Banking at least once.  If you are a customer, but don't have credentials you can register for Online Banking here.

What phones will work for the Mobile Banking app?

Santander Mobile Banking app will work on any model of iPhone* and/or iPad which has access to the Internet. 

* Please note that our App only works with iOS version 4.2 or higher

What happens if I don't have an iPhone or an iPad?

Don't have an iPhone? Don't worry, If you have an Android, Blackberry or Windows phone  you can still access Santander's Online Banking through the Internet browser on your mobile phone.  Simply type in m.# and log on.

Remember, you need to have registered for Online Banking and logged on using a computer at least once before.

How does the iPhone Branch Locator function work?

The app uses your phone's location to identify your nearest branch and will give you walking or driving directions to the front door.  You will need to allow our app to use your phone's 'Location Services' to work properly.
