How do I find details of my nearest branch?

How do I register for Power of Attorney?
To register for Power of Attorney, you must obtain the correct documentation. These are available from your solicitor, or from stationers OyezStraker on 0207 232 1000.

To add a Power of Attorney to a Direct Saver or Postal Saver the Power of Attorney documents, or a certified copy, should be sent with a covering letter to:

For security reasons all further correspondence regarding the account must be by post.

If the account in question is an eSaver, please call us on 0845 609 0014*. We're open Monday to Saturday, 7am to 11pm and Sundays 9am - 6pm. We'll then send you a Letter of Declaration to sign, which includes a variation to the account's Terms and Conditions. This covers the attorney's use of PINs, telephone banking numbers and passwords.

The signed Letter of Declaration should then be returned, together with the Power of Attorney documents, or a certified copy to the address above.
